Este artigo realizara breve exposicao sobre o processo de trabalho na sociedade capitalista segundo os estudos de Karl Marx, para ajudar na reflexao sobre as ameacas as condicoes trabalhistas na atualidade. Inicialmente, sera realizada analise sobre o funcionamento do processo de trabalho anterior a sociedade capitalista, seguida da analise desse funcionamento no contexto capitalista. Na sequencia, sera trabalhada a “lei geral da acumulacao capitalista” e, por fim, sera estudada a precarizacao do trabalho no cenario atual. Palavras-Chave: Karl Marx; capitalismo; classe trabalhadora; precarizacao do trabalho. Abstract — This article will give a brief exposition on the labor process in capitalist society according to the studies of Karl Marx, to help reflect on threats to labor conditions today. Initially an analysis will be carried out on the functioning of the labor process prior to capitalist society, followed by its analysis in the capitalist context. Next, the “general law of capitalist accumulation” will be worked out, and finally precarious work in the present scenario will be analyzed.
