DOI: 10.12957/dep.2016.26511 Resumo O presente artigo trata do processo de reorientacao das politicas de regulacao economica da Comunidade Europeia a partir dos anos 80 em direcao a uma concepcao neoliberal de economia. A partir de uma perspectiva critica, os autores analisam como o discurso neoliberal foi progressivamente ganhando espaco e voz entre os principais atores politicos europeus e como ele conseguiu se consolidar como matriz hegemonica de regulacao concorrencial no âmbito da Comunidade Europeia. Abstract The present article discusses the process of reorientation of the economic regulation policies of the European Community towards a neoliberal conception of the economy from the 80's onwards. From a critical perspective, the authors analyze how neoliberal discourse has gradually gained space and voice among the main European political actors and how it has managed to consolidate itself as a hegemonic model of competition regulation within the European Community.
