Assim, pretende-se propor, de maneira abrangente, novos caminhos para a analise da contribuicao do tribunal para a protecao e a promocao dos direitos fundamentais relacionados ao genero. Abstract The article aims to analyze the behavior of the Brazilian Constitutional Court on a gendered perspective, considering not only the content of its decisions, but also other aspects such as access, composition and speech.
