1)材 料 (1)野 外材料:昭 和59・60年 度に県下4ヵ 所の家畜 保健衛 生所(東 部,中 部,西 部,北 部)で 採材 された鶏 肉(胸 筋)80検 体,鶏 卵160検 体を供試 した. (2)対 照材料:薬 剤を まった く投与 していな い当所飼 養鶏 の卵(以 下,当 所飼養鶏卵 と略)2検 体お よびABPC 75mg/日 を20日 間胸筋内に注射 した2羽 の鶏 の卵お よ び胸筋(以 下,各 々ABPC鶏 卵,ABPC鶏 肉 と略)各 各10検 体を供試 した. なお,野 外材料 の鶏卵 お よ び 当所飼養鶏卵は6個, ABPC鶏 卵 は1個 をそれぞれ1検 体 とした.ABPC鶏 肉 は,2羽 の胸筋か ら無作為に10箇 所を採材 し10検 体 とした. 2)方 法 厚生省が定 めた ペーパ ーデ ィス ク法(試 験菌はBacillus stearothermophilus var calidolactis C-953を 用いた)に より 検査 し,直 径12mm以 上 の阻止 円(陽 性阻止円)を 形 成 した ものをABPC残 留陽性 と判定 した. 3)材 料 の 処 理 方 法 陽性阻止円を形成 した試験溶液 について,ト リプシ ン 処理 〔試験溶液1mlに1%ト リプ シン溶液0.5mlを 添加 し,室 温(25°C)で90分 間放置〕 および加熱処理 (80°C60分 間)を 行い,そ れぞれ阻止 円形成 の変化を観 察 した.ま た,ABPCに 対す る加熱の影響 を調べ るため, ABPC常 用標準希釈液を検体 として加 熱処理 を行 い,阻
