The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the DISC behavioral patterns of health care workers on their job satisfaction, organization Commitment and job stress in a bid to suggest an ideal behavioral pattern of Nurses and Dental hygienist. The subjects were 184 health care workers who worked in general hospitals and clinics in Busan and Ulsan for a year or more. The collected data were analyzed using ANOVA and linear regression.
