The purpose of the study was to evaluate the bone mineral density (BMD) and its relation with quality of life profile (QL) in menopausal woman before and after the development of a the- rapeutic physical exercise program comparing them with a con- trol group. We have used two measurement items as Double Energy X-Ray Absortion (DEXA) and the Profile Chronic Illness ad the Quality of Life (PECVEC) by Siegrist, Broer y Junge. Our results shows significative changes in quality of life and bone mineral density related to physical exercise.
