espanolLa investigacion ha abordado el analisis del perfil del turista deportivo del Campeonato Europeo de Remo 2013. Para ello, se examinaron las caracteristicas de 118 asistentes (43 mujeres y 75 hombres), siendo 69 extranjeros y 49 espanoles. Los principales hallazgos muestran que el perfil del turista deportivo es hombre soltero menor de 35 anos que asiste con un acompanante en el caso de los espanoles y hasta cuatro personas en los extranjeros. Igualmente, los asistentes extranjeros revelan una mayor asistencia a eventos deportivos al ano y, un mayor numero de pernoctaciones con mayor gasto en hotel y por dia. EnglishThe study has addressed the analysis of the profile of the European Rowing Championships 2013´s sport tourist. 118 attendees characteristics (43 women and 75 men) were examined, being 69 foreign and 49 Spanish. The main findings show that the profile of the sport tourist is an unmarried man of 35 who attend with a companion in the case of Spaniards and up to four people the foreigners. Also, foreign attendees reveal a greater attendance at sporting events yearly and a greater number of overnight stays together with an increased spending both per day and in accommodation.
