The present study provides both quantitative and qualitative assessment of the current implementation of the Continuous evaluation in primary schools under the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. A randomly selected sample of the study consisted of (790( male and female school principals. For the purpose of data collection, a questionnaire covering different aspects of continuous evaluation were developed. Cronbach alpha reliability obtained, means and standard deviation were calculated. Findings of the study revealed that most of school principals had positive attitudes toward researchers recommended that: Continuous evaluation in primary schools should be maintained, but with and according to what the current study has shown.
