This study aimed to investigate the relationship between determination managrial behavior and agency costs , and the impact of the firm performance on this relationship . the researcher tested three variables : managerial ownership , asymmetric information and the ratio of debt , by using the data of 27 private Corporations operate in the banking , industrial and service sector . The results show significant nonlinear relationship between managerial ownership and agency costs and this relationship is affected by firm performance . As for the other two variable , results show no relationship between them and agency costs , and no impact of firm performance on this relationship .
