With the improvement of economic development and investment environment in Inner Mongolia, the quality and level of FDI have been improved. However, the utilization of FDI in Inner Mongolia is mainly concentrated in the secondary industry, in low value-added and low processing industries, which aggravates the imbalance of industrial structure.
