This study reviewed the existing literature and combing the relevant literature about college students constructs the self-efficacy as a mediator variable, and discussed the relation between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial resources, and entrepreneurial resources. This study took college students in Heilongjiang Province as the research object.
