The annular rotor component is the core of the rotating equipment, its performance is particularly important especially under the condition of high acceleration load condition. In this paper, a test system is designed which can measure the dynamic characteristics of the annular rotor component. The dynamic characteristics of the test system are analyzed and the influence on the results of the system is revealed. Some of the test results can be used to analyze by the grey forecast model to get the predictive value of system dynamic characteristics, which provides the beneficial reference for the selection of the annular rotor components.
