Cet article a comme objet la presentation du developpement et de l’histoire des mots dom et kuca en langue serbe, qui se caracterisent par une evolution semantique parallcle interessante, perceptible avant tout dans leurs deux sens principaux. Ces mots designaient non seulement le lieu ou quelqu’un vit, un edifice habite, une maison concrete, mais aussi la communaute familiale, les proches y habitant.
