Green" economy, as a relatively new global trend of social and economic development, has a significant impact on business practices and activity of commercial structures. Trends of increasing values of the environmental component in international development change the current system interactions of different social and economic subjects, including the methods and results of these interactions, lead to structural functional and institutional transformations in the models of corporate environmental management. The article studies theoretical aspects of this phenomenon and classification of modern models of environmental management, including the traditional models and the model of «green growth». It is shown that the formation of models of the third generation of environmental management based on the «green growth» concept, are characterized by a greater extent for those companies that actively use innovative "green" technologies in their activities, or focused on the production of «green» goods and services. Developing, these companies carry out multi-component polycentric diffusion of environmentally responsible behavior even in those markets that have low environmental regulation. Such kind of activities not only forms fundamentally different approach to infrastructure, environmental management, but also creates incentives to comply with environmentally responsible behavior and implementation of "green" technology by partner companies, as well as the demand for environmental goods and services "along the supply chain." Because the financial results of these companies are closely linked to environmental factors, environmental management systems, which are implemented in this case, is more resilient and experience less influence from the external and internal factors. Environmental management system, emerging in the framework of this model, has public nature, on the one hand, experiencing a significant impact from key steak-holders, on the other hand, changing the environment to adjust it for themselves and creating a new network structure for environmental management.
