Experience related to organization of students’ creative work and development of their informative abilities on BMSTU’s “Ecology and&#x0D;Industrial Safety” chair has been considered. The experience related to entrants’ work organization within schoolchildren’s academic&#x0D;competition movement “A step to the future”, as well as carrying out the student´s academic competition on technosphere safety&#x0D;and annual student´s scientific and technical conference have been described. The results of this work confirming its efficiency in&#x0D;development of students’ creative abilities, training of young academic and teaching staff, development and improvement of educational&#x0D;process aimed to creation of individually focused teaching programs within students’ independent scientific work have been given.
