Modelagem da Variabilidade Espacial do Rendimento Produtivo de Pinus taeda L. com Uso da Geoestatística

The aim of this study was to assess the spatial variability of yield production of Loblolly Pine Linnaeus associating it with the site index for age 15 and soil properties obtained from a detailed mapping of soils at 1:10.000 scale in an area located in Rio Negrinho, state of Santa Catarina. Dendrometric data for this study were collected in continuous forest inventory plots were obtained from a population with an area of 2252,11 ha. Data were analyzed using geostatistical methods, exponential models and spatial interpolation by co-kriging for construction of a map describing the yield in the region. Through the constructed map it was possible to view the excellent level of relations between the data of the site index and a map of management units for Loblolly Pine Linnaeus obtained through the geostatistical model.
