农村集体经济组织中“小官大贪”的治理问题是当前我国反腐工作中的重要一环。而小官之所以大贪这与农村集体经济组织党组织建设薄弱有直接的关系。如何将全面从严治党要求贯彻到农村集体经济组织党组织就显得非常必要和紧迫。本文以广州市天河区为例首先剖析了天河区农村集体经济组织党组织在资产交易监管中凸显的主要问题然后从基层党建的角度总结了天河区农村集体经济组织党组织建设疲弱的原因最后提出了全面从严治党向我国农村集体经济组织党组织延伸的对策建议。 The governance of massive corruption of grassroots officials in rural collective economic organization has become the important part in the anti-corruption campaign. The massive corruption, which happened to the grassroots officials, is related to the vulnerable construction of grass-roots party organizations in rural area. Therefore, it is urgent and necessary to comprehensively strengthen party discipline at the grass-roots level in rural collective economic organization. This paper takes Tianhe district in Guangzhou as an example, analyzing the main problems in the supervision of asset deal in rural collective economic organization, and concluding the reasons of the vulnerable construction of grass-roots party organizations from the view of grass-roots party construction. Finally, it put forwards the solution of strengthening party discipline comprehensively in rural collective economic organization.
