Based on the actual data obtained fro m a com prehensive survey o f the c irc u it breaber tem pera tu re change process, th is paper used u n ifo rm ity and the m ore representa tive characte ris tics to p e rfo rm an experim ent w hen u n ifo rm design and o rthogona l design w hen th e ir num ber o f experim ent is s im ila r. T hen i t applied response surface m ethodology to b u ild a regression m odel about c irc u it breaker tem pera tu re change and used the genetic a lg o rith m w ith p ena lty fu n c tio n to o p tim ize, fin d in g o u t a group o f fac to rs w h ich get the best tem pera tu re co n tro l value.
