V isua l track ing has a w ide range o f applications in various fie lds such as video in te llig e n t m on ito ring and eyes o f robo t. Based on d isc rim ina to ry corre la tion f i l t e r, a visual ta rge t track ing m ethod w ith m otion estim ation and scale es­ tim a tion m ethod was proposed. F irs t, th is m ethod combines trans la tion kerne l corre la tion f i l te r and partic le f i l te r m ethod to estimate the pos ition o f m oving targets on the fram e. A n d th e n , it executes the scale corre la tion f i l te r to be stronger a b ility to adapt scale change o f m oving object. In trad itio n a l K C F track ing a lg o rith m , th is m ethod in troduces a m otion state estim ation m ethod based on p ro b a b ility, w h ich can obta in more stable signal o f target,and reduces the in troduction of the background in terference in fo rm a tion at the same tim e pleading to i t has stronger anti-jam m ing in complex scenarios. O n benchm ark data se t, we took experim ent to test th is m ethod, and compared our m ethod w ith the cu rren t advanced track ing m ethods to v e rify the effic iency o f the proposed a lg o rith m in th is paper. I t has strong adaptab ility under com­ p lex cond itions, the change o f scale, illu m in a tio n, change o f pose ,pa rtia l she lte ring , ro ta tin g and rap id m ovem ent etc.
