As the basic unit of data processing and concurrency contr01 , database transaction is wide1y used in business 10gic of software app1ications. It is a significant method in software maintenance for monitoring interna1 state to derive invariants and estab1ish corresponding data contracts based on data collected from database transactions at runtime. Cur rently , in the fie1d of invariant deri飞ration , most researches and to01s are just based on deriving invariants from source code , whi1e there is 1ack of researches on deriving invariants from data To s01ve this prob1em , this paper firstly intro duced an a1gorithm for deriving invariants in the form of a1gebraic equations. Moreover , a prototyping to01 was designed and imp1emented to collect data from database transactions at runtime and derive invariants among these data. With experiments , the prototyping to01 is proved to be effective both on accuracy and performance, which fills the gap of invariants derivation based on data.
