Peripheral cemento-ossifying fi broma is a rare entity accounting for around 3% of the oral tumours. This is a case of 42 year female patient presenting with a swelling in 21 and 22 region for which differential diagnosis of fi broma, cementoma were given after histologic examination the diagnosis of peripheral cemento-ossifying fi broma was confi rmed.
