We report some approximate analytic form of meson wave function constructedupon solving Schrodinger equation with linear plus Coulomb type Cornellpotential. With this wave function, we study Isgur-Wise function and itsderivatives for heavy-light mesons in the infinite heavy quark mass limit. Wealso explore the elastic form factors, charge radii and decay constants ofpseudoscalar mesons in this QCD inspired quark model approach.
