This paper studies on the problem of national traditional sports fitness under the background of healthy China, using the method of literature and logical analysis. It says that the strategy of healthy China objectively requires Chinese people to master the basic characteristics of national traditional sports and establish a sound and effective fitness mechanism in line with the characteristics of national culture.
