To the Editor:Ouyang et al1 report on 4 patients with recurrent exercise-induced syncope attributable to fast ventricular tachycardia, aneurysms in the inferior-lateral wall of the left ventricle, and a peculiar subepicardial arrhythmogenic substrate.
