Increased morbidity worldwide causes the raising of drug consumption. Unfortunately, the risks sometimes could prevail the bene ts. The known tendency today is the increasing to drug sensitivity. Allergic reactions or drug hypersensitivity are the most common drugs effects which are registered at hospitals and ambulatories of Ukraine. It could be provoked by any drug, even if patient never took it earlier. Risks are much higher in case of ignoring the possible cross-reactivity reactions. That is why the information about risks of allergic reactions in highly-sensitive people is extremely important in teaching the pharmacology. The questions of clinical signs and frequency of cases of drug allergic reactions to beta-lactam antibiotics, sulfonamides, nitrofurans are highlighted in the article. You will nd international names of drugs which are registered in Ukraine. The ways of prevention of allergic reactions are pointed. It is important to collect the pharmacological anamnesis, to nd out the information about food allergies, allergic diseases for each patient.
