A new technique is discussed that can be applied to $\Lambda_b^0$ baryondecays where decays with one missing particle can be discerned from backgroundand their branching fractions determined, along with other properties of thedecays. Applications include measurements of the CKM elements $|V_{ub}|$ and$|V_{cb}|$, selected charmless decays, and detection of any exotic objectscoupling to $b\to s$ decays, such as the inflaton.
