This paper will discuss a possible way of setting up, maintaining, and retrieving data from a user-created specialized data base. This information may also be of value in helping to determine whether a person or department is willing to commit the resources necessary to create such a system. The data base will be described first, then the creation of auxiliary files from the data base, and finally the retrieval process. The last portion of this paper will be devoted to a discussion of the resources needed to complete such a project.
