The principal aim of this work is to find out and explain the physics which forms the basis for the procedure by which we have obtained an elaborate expression for the de electric conductivity 15, from the Kubo formula for the electric conductivity I5(W). We show that to get an expresssion suitable for taking into account scattering effects in the calculation of the de electric conductivity 15, it is not enough to put w=O into the ae electric conductivity formula I5(W), but some additional, characteristic physical content must be introduced into formula for 15. We have found such physical content in conjunction of two linear response formulae: one for the real ae conductivity I5R(W), the other one for the real susceptibility KR(W), (KR(W) describing polarization by the mechanism of carriers displacement), taken for w-+O. The involvement of KR(W) into formula for d may be understood as an explicit appreciation of cyclic boundary conditions, which are inherent to the closed loop shape of the many particle system only in which the de current can run, apart from the ae current which can run also in an open shaped system. Also in this work, we have applied our de formula to determine 15 for the cases where the velocity autocorrelation functions are described by the Markoffian and by the Gaussian models.
