We re-examine the question of condensed neutrino objects (de- generateneutrino matter) based on new calculations. The potential show-stopper issue offree-streaming light neutrinos inhibiting galaxy formation is addressed. Wecompute the period associated with sim- ple harmonic motion (SHM) of galaxiesembedded within condensed neutrino objects. For observational consequences, weexamine the ro- tational velocities of embedded galaxies using Hickson 88A(N6978) as the prototype. Finally, we point out that degenerate neutrinoobjects repel each other in overlap and we compute directly the repulsive forcebetween two interesting and relevant configurations. An outstanding issue iswhether the accompanying tidal forces generated by condensed neutrino matter onembedded galaxies give rise to galactic bulges and halos.
