We derive the braid relations of the charged anyons interacting with amagnetic field on Riemann surfaces. The braid relations are used to calculatethe quasiparticle's spin in the fractional quantum Hall states on Riemannsurfaces. The quasiparticle's spin is found to be topological independent andsatisfies physical restrictions.Comment: 11 papes, REVTeX 3.
