The doubly charged Higgs bosons $\Delta^{--}$ that are present in exoticHiggs representations can have lepton-number-violating couplings to $e^-e^-$.We discuss general constraints and phenomenology for the $\Delta^{--}$ anddemonstrate that extremely small values for the $e^-e^-\rightarrow\Delta^{--}$coupling (some 8 orders of magnitude smaller than the current limit) wouldproduce observable signals for $\Delta^{--}$ production in direct $s$-channelproduction at an $e^-e^-$ collider.Comment: 12 pages, full uuencoded postscript file has been submitted, to  appear in the Proceedings of the Santa Cruz Workshop on $e^-e^-$ Physics at  the NLC, U.C.
