In this paper, we have investigated the nature of emission distribution ofthe Maxwell Chern Simon (MCS) Theory in the 2+1 dimension. The distribution ofthe topologically massive quanta seems to be Poissonian in nature just like theMaxwell field theory in 3+1 dimension but with a condition, without which thedistribution takes an indeterminate form when we make the coupling termapproach 0.
