The dark energy cosmology with the equation of state $w=constant$ isconsidered in this paper. The $\Omega_{DE}-\Omega_{M}$ plane has been used tostudy the present state and expansion history of the universe. Through themathematical analysis, we give the theoretical constraint of cosmologicalparameters. Together with some observations such as the transition redshiftfrom deceleration to acceleration, more precise constraint on cosmologicalparameters can be acquired.Comment: 15 pages including 7 figures.
