We study the minimal extensions of the Standard Model by a linear combinationof U(1)$_{L_e-L_\mu}$, U(1)$_{L_\mu-L_\tau}$ and U(1)$_{B-L}$ gauge symmetries,where three right-handed neutrinos and one U(1)-breaking SU(2)$_L$ singlet ordoublet scalar are introduced. Because of the dependence on the lepton flavor,the structures of both Dirac and Majorana mass matrices of neutrinos arerestricted. In particular, the two-zero minor and texture structures in themass matrix for the active neutrinos are interesting. Analyzing thesestructures, we obtain uniquely all the neutrino parameters, namely the Dirac CPphase $\delta$, the Majorana CP phases $\alpha_{2,3}$ and the mass eigenvaluesof the light neutrinos $m_i$ as functions of the neutrino mixing angles$\theta_{12}$, $\theta_{23}$, and $\theta_{13}$, and the squared massdifferences $\Delta m^2_{21}$ and $\Delta m^2_{31}$. In 7 minimal models whichare consistent with the recent neutrino oscillation data, we also obtain thepredictions for the sum of the neutrino masses $\Sigma_i m_i$ and the effectiveMajorana neutrino mass $\langle m_{\beta \beta} \rangle$ and compare them withthe current experimental limits. In addition, we also discuss the implicationof our results for leptogenesis.
