A case of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia showing Atelectasis of Left Upper Lobe on Chest Roentogenogram Youichiro Ichikawa, Naoto Tokunaga, Mikio Kuboshiro, Takafumi Yano and Masaro Kaji The first Department of Internal Medicine, Kurume University School of Medicine, 67 Asachi-machi Kurume #830, Japan A 8-year-old boy was admitted to our hospital because of high fever and non-productive cough. A chest X-ray film taken on admission showed atelectasis of the left upper lobe. A tomogram revealed no air-bronchogram and left hilar lymphadenopathy. It was suggested that atelectasis of the left upper lobe was occured due to compression of bronchus by enlarged hilar lymphnodes. He was diagnosed as Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia due to elevation of complement fixation titer of Mycoplasma pneumoniae. 〒830 久留米市旭67 受付 日昭和60年3月5日 1208 日胸 疾 会 誌 23(10), 1985. ●症例呈示左 上葉の無気肺像を呈 したマイコプラズマ肺炎の一症例 要約: 8歳, 男児. 咳, 発熱を主訴として受診. 胸写で左上葉の無気肺陰影を認めた. 断層撮影により左肺 門リンパ腺腫脹がみられ, 無気肺を来たした原因の一つとして腫大 したリンパ腺の気管支圧迫によると考え られた. 血清のマイコズラズマ抗体価(CF)の 推移によリマイコプラズマ肺炎と診断した.
