We study the factorization for the processes involving two fragmentation functions in the case of fairly small transverse momenta. Considering $e^+ e^-$ annihilation where two outgoing hadrons have been detected, we demonstrate a new simple and illustrative method of factorization for such processes including leading order $\alpha_S$ corrections
