Numerical simulation has indicated that vortex structures can exist for along time in the form of quantized filaments on arrays of coupled weaklydissipative nonlinear oscillators in a finite three-dimensional domain under aresonant external force applied at the boundary of the domain. Ranges of theparameters of the system and an external signal favorable for the formation ofmodulationally stable quasi-uniform energy background, which is a decisivefactor for the occurrence of this phenomenon, have been qualitatively revealed.
