The critical step for future quantum industry demands realization ofefficient information exchange between different-platform hybrid systems,including photonic and magnonic systems, that can harvest advantages ofdistinct platforms. The major restraining factor for the progress in certainhybrid systems is the fundamentally weak coupling parameter between theelemental particles. This restriction impedes the entire field of hybridmagnonics by making realization of scalable on-chip hybrid magnonic systemsunattainable. In this work, we propose a general flexible approach forrealization of on-chip hybrid magnonic systems with unprecedentedly strongcoupling parameters. The approach is based on multilayered micro-structurescontaining superconducting, insulating and ferromagnetic layers with modifiedboth photon phase velocities and magnon eigen-frequencies. Phenomenologically,the enhanced coupling strength is provided by the radically reduced photon modevolume. The microscopic mechanism of the phonon-to-magnon coupling in studiedsystems evidences formation of the long-range superconducting coherence viathick strong ferromagnetic layers. This coherence is manifested by coherentsuperconducting screening of microwave fields by thesuperconductor/ferromagnet/superconductor three-layers in presence ofmagnetization precession. This discovery offers new opportunities in microwavesuperconducting spintronics for quantum technologies.
