Modern optics looks like a quickly growing tree with its numerous branches rushed upwards and its branched top(Fig. 1) . According to this analogy the problems of the optics education are to interest young talented people in a ripefruit of that tree, to help them reach the low branches of the tree and to show them the way to the top. There areplentyof ways leading to the fruit-bearing top, and every teacher who works hard in this or that field of optics has his optimalalgorithm of reaching the top.
