SUMMARY This study deals with analysis structure of cost on the production of asparagus in relation to three di erent technological processes in conditions of Slovak Republic. Obtained results can be used as a template to prepare budgets and make production decisions to estimate potential returns and to analyze investment and  nancial analysis decisions in the asparagus cultivation. Production practices used in the budget are based on typical practices for asparagus in this country. The results show that the total costs to production of green asparagus move at level 6 540 €.ha −1 , the growing of white asparagus by the classic way on ridges at level 13 720 €.ha −1 and the growing of the white asparagus on ridges with tunnels from transparent  lm around 16 030 €.ha −1 . From the analysis of the cost structure of assessed variants di erent technological procedures follows that the largest share of the costs fall to purchased material and labor.
