Brun., 2011, LIX, No. 1, pp. 15–22 The aim of this study was to analyze the fatty acids (FA) profi le (in g.kg −1 ) and FA sums (∑SFA: saturated FA, ∑MUFA: monounsaturated FA, ∑PUFA: polyunsaturated FA, ratio ∑PUFA n−6/n−3 ) in wet tissue of mechanically recovered meat (MRM) from common carp (Cyprinus carpio, L.) and silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, Val.), and in the case of silver carp to analyze the fatty acids profi le (in % of total fatty acids investigated) in internal fat. MRM from silver carp contained (in g.kg −1 ) more (P  0.01)
