The purpose of this paper is to concern with a nonlinear system identification problem of the MichaelisMenten model by a formal linearization with high accuracy and easy implementation. The Michaelis-Menten model is a nonlinear model in pharmacokinetics which signifies blood concentration of drugs in absorption of those, distribution to whole body, and excretion. Its identification is usually not easy to be done for its nonlinearity. So we here present a nonlinear parameter estimation approach of the Michaelis-Menten model using a formal linearization by means of the Chebyshev interpolation.
