In the title complex, [Pd(C15H21N2OS2)2], the PdII ion is located on a crystallographic inversion center. The two Schiff base ligands in a deprotonated imino thiolate form chelate the metal atom via the azomithine N and thiolate S atoms in a trans-square-planar configuration as imposed by the crystal symmetry. The complex has an approximately planar geometry with the exception of the hexyl chains; the mean plane of the five-membered chelate ring makes a dihedral angle of 15.43 (5)° with the benzene ring.
