The mol­ecular structure of the title complex, [Ni 2 (C 11 H 13 NO 3 ) 2 ]·CH 3 OH, contains two Ni II  atoms and two doubly deprotonated 6-meth­oxy-2-{[(3-oxidoprop­yl)imino]­meth­yl}phenolate ligands. The Ni II  atoms are each four-coordinated in a distorted square-planar geometry by three O atoms and one N atom derived from the phenolate ligands. The solvent mol­ecule is linked to the complex mol­ecule by two O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
