By explicitly computing wavefunction overlap via exact diagonalization infinite systems, we provide evidence indicating that, in the limit of strongcoupling, i.e., $\Delta/t \to \infty$, the ground state of theGutzwiller-projected BCS Hamiltonian (accompanied by proper particle-numberprojection) is identical to the exact ground state of the 2D antiferromagneticHeisenberg model on the square lattice. This identity is adiabaticallyconnected to a very high overlap between the ground states of the projected BCSHamiltonian and the t-J model at moderate doping.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures, the final version published in Phys.
