We comment on the work of Fischer, Phys. Rev. Lett. 93, 160403 (2004).Contrary to the claim in the letter, we argue that the anyonic excitationstatistics does not play any dynamical role in stabilizing attractive bosegases under rapid rotation in a fractional quantum Hall state.
