We study the effect of electron-electron interaction on the conductance ofopen quantum dots. We find that Coulomb interactions (i) do not affect theensemble averaged conductance <G> if time-reversal symmetry has been broken bya magnetic field, (ii) enhance weak localization and weak anti-localizationcorrections to <G> in the absence of a magnetic field, (iii) increaseconductance fluctuations, and (iv) enhance the effect of short trajectories onthe conductivity of quantum dot.Comment: 4 pages, RevTeX; 1 figure include
