This study presents the confinement influences of Aharonov-Bohm-flux(AB-flux), electric and magnetic fields directed along $z$-axis and encircledby quantum plasmas, on the hydrogen atom. The all-inclusive effects result to astrongly attractive system while the localizations of quantum levels change andthe eigenvalues decrease. We find that, the combined effect of the fields isstronger than solitary effect and consequently, there is a substantial shift inthe bound state energy of the system. We also find that to perpetuate alow-energy medium for hydrogen atom in quantum plasmas, strong electric fieldand weak magnetic field are required, where AB-flux field can be used as aregulator. The application of perturbation technique utilized in this paper isnot restricted to plasma physics, it can also be applied in molecular physics.
