The mass spectrum of $c\bar{b}$ states has been obtained using thephenomenological relativistic quark model (RQM) with coupled channel effects.The Hamiltonian used in the investigation has confinement potential andconfined one gluon exchange potential (COGEP). In the frame work of RQM a studyof M1 and E1 radiative decays of $c\bar{b}$ states has been made. The weakdecay widths in the spectator quark approximation have been estimated. Anoverall agreement is obtained with the experimental masses and decay widths.
