We show that the factor ordering ambiguities associated with the loopquantisation of the gravitational part of the cosmological Hamiltonianconstraint, disappear at the level of Wheeler-DeWitt equation only for aparticular choice of lattice refinement model, which coincides with constraintsimposed from phenomenological and consistency arguments.
